1. About FoodX

FoodX is a food delivery platform that connects customers with restaurants, meat and fresh product vendors, and delivery partners. FoodX facilitates ordering and delivery but does not prepare food unless explicitly stated for specific offerings.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use FoodX. By using the Platform, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account details up to date.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. FoodX may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Orders and Pricing

When you place an order through FoodX:

• Menu items, prices, availability, and delivery times are set by partner restaurants and vendors and may change without notice.
• The order total may include item cost, taxes, packaging charges, delivery fees, and applicable discounts or coupons.
• FoodX will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your order, but availability depends on restaurant acceptance, operating hours, and delivery capacity.
• You agree to pay all charges associated with your order using the payment methods available on the Platform.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, restaurant preparation time, or high demand. FoodX and its delivery partners will attempt to deliver orders to the address you provide. Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delayed delivery or cancellation without refund where applicable.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns

Cancellation and refund rules are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms in addition to these Terms.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use FoodX for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false order or payment information.
• Interfere with Platform operations, security, or other users.
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse FoodX content or software without permission.

8. Restaurant and Vendor Content

Food descriptions, images, and pricing are provided by partner restaurants and vendors. While FoodX strives for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

9. Intellectual Property

FoodX names, logos, software, design, and content are owned by or licensed to Arhasri Technologies Pvt Ltd. You may not use our branding or materials without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoodX and Arhasri Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where prohibited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arhasri Technologies Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, and personnel from claims arising out of your misuse of FoodX, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Telangana, India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on www.thefoodx.in. Your continued use of FoodX after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
